Happy Spring everyone! Although it’s been pretty chilly so far!

This season will be far different from anything we’ve ever experienced
before.

The Board of Directors have had several lengthy conversations via email. Our first priority is the safety of our members.

Due to Covid-19, the LRA season for all intents and purposes, including all activities, Beach and equipment, is closed/cancelled for 2020. The Government of Quebec has issued a directive, which has been adopted by the Township Of Harrington, that there shall be no social or sporting events held until at least August 31, 2020.

As a result, we will not be collecting membership fees this year.

The Board of Directors will focus on safety issues that could cause imminent harm to a member or it’s property (trees, etc). We will also focus on road maintenance.

As this is an evolving situation, things could change. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available and restrictions change.

We ask that all members and users of the Beach, continue to practice social distancing, be aware and responsible for their own well-being and the well-being of those around them.

If you choose to use the Beach, picnic tables, raft, volleyball net, etc., you will do so at your own risk.
